Putting Self Care into Practice
The third Saturday of month beginning in June, we will begin a series of "Putting Self Care into Practice". Meeting from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, we actually do self care, we don't just talk about it. Meditation, breath work, using the voice through chanting and toning, bioenergetic exercises, yoga stretches, Chopra Center ayurvedic teachings, shamanic journey work, pranayama (breathing exercises), and healing touch are just a few examples of experiences on the agenda.
Bring your lunch or participate in a community pot luck and decrease the stress of driving to lunch because during the lunch break, you may swim in the pool (in the warm months), take a leisurely walk, or sit in the shade of the trees and commune with nature or talk with peers.
All of this takes place in a very relaxing country atmosphere in the city.
Cost: $125
CEU's are applied for each meeting for those who need them. Isn't it great to get CEU's while you take care of yourself instead of others!
